When to Use

  • When several roles feel demanding at the same time.
  • When you want to consider which responsibility feels heaviest.
  • When you want to explore a small change or possible support.

How to Use

  1. 1
Mark the overall load and rename, cross out or add roles as you wish.
  2. 2
Mark how heavy each role feels and choose keep, share or set some down where useful.
  3. 3
Note what you might set down, share or ask for.
  4. 4
Choose one small thing for the week and note who or what could take it over or what you might say.

Different roles can add up to a heavy load, and the weight can change. This optional page helps you notice what each role asks of you without assuming that sharing is always possible.

Mark the overall load and each role, including your own additions, then consider whether to keep, share or set down some responsibility. A final space asks for one small thing and possible support or words.

Optional and private. If the load feels unmanageable, consider talking with someone you trust or a health professional. If you need urgent support, contact a crisis service or health professional. In immediate danger or if you cannot stay safe, contact local emergency services.
