Anxiety & Stress Resources for Your Workplace

Give your people something they'll actually use: free, anonymous tools for stressful workdays - no accounts to provision, no vendor contract, nothing to procure.

Nothing to procure

Free to share company-wide. No seats, no licenses, no security questionnaire - it's a link.

Anonymous by design

No signup means no usage reports on individuals - which is exactly why employees trust it enough to use it.

Fits a workday

The exercises take two to five minutes - short enough to fit between meetings, not another wellness program to schedule.

Why simple tools get used when programs don't

Workplace mental health offerings tend to stall on the same two points: friction and trust. If an employee has to create an account through a company-provided portal, many will quietly decide the stressful day isn't worth the paper trail. And if using the resource requires scheduling something, it won't happen during the week that actually needed it.

These tools take the opposite approach. There is no account, so there is genuinely nothing to report to anyone, including us. The exercises take two to five minutes, so they fit in the gap between meetings rather than competing with them. And the printable sheets name the actual situations people sit with: the Sunday-evening dread, the inability to say no, the presentation next week. That specificity is what makes a sheet pinned in a break room far more likely to get photographed and shared than a generic wellness poster nobody reads twice.

None of this replaces your EAP or professional care, and it doesn't try to. Think of it as the lightweight layer underneath: something you can hand to everyone, that costs nothing, and that quietly points people toward proper help when a self-check suggests they need it.

Cheat sheets worth sharing internally

One-page printables for break rooms, wellness newsletters, and manager toolkits.

Two-minute desk resets

Browser exercises employees can open in a new tab between meetings - no headphones or quiet room required.

Private self-checks

Published, validated screening questionnaires (the same PSS-10, WHO-5, and K10 instruments used in research and clinical practice), scored instantly in the browser. Results stay with the person - a private nudge toward the EAP when one is needed.

Three ways teams roll this out

  • Add a "quick stress tools" link to your intranet, EAP portal, or Slack wellness channel.
  • Drop one cheat sheet into each wellness newsletter - the boundary scripts and Sunday scaries sheets travel especially well.
  • Print a small stack for break rooms and manager one-on-one toolkits.

Common questions

What does this cost?

Nothing. The tools, cheat sheets, and self-tests are free - there's no per-seat license, no procurement process, and no contract to sign. An optional Pro tier exists for individuals, but nothing on this page requires it.

Is employee use private?

Yes. No account is needed, so there is nothing to report: nobody - including us and including you - gets data about which employees used which tools. That anonymity is exactly why people actually use it.

Can we put these links on our intranet or in a wellness newsletter?

Yes, please do. Link directly to any tool or sheet from your intranet, Slack, EAP portal, or internal newsletter. Printing sheets for break rooms and wellness events is also welcome - just keep the source footer on.

Is this an EAP or a replacement for professional care?

No. These are self-help supports for everyday stress and anxiety. Employees dealing with more than that should be pointed to your EAP or a mental health professional.

Do you offer anything for teams or companies specifically?

Thinking bigger for your team?

Bulk Pro access, co-branded printables, or an idea we haven't thought of - send us an email; it lands in a real inbox, not a ticket queue.
