When to Use

  • When you want to see the week’s commitments and recovery together.
  • When plans feel crowded and you want room for rest or surprises.
  • When you want to reconsider one task that might be smaller or moved.

How to Use

  1. 1
Estimate each day’s energy, shade its battery and add the ticks as available planning coins.
  2. 2
Plan coins for commitments and for recovery, including rest and other needs.
  3. 3
Compare available and planned coins; subtract planned from available to see the spare amount.
  4. 4
If the plan is over your estimate, consider one commitment that could be smaller, moved or postponed; adjust when your energy changes.

Energy can vary from day to day and is not measured by a worksheet. These planning coins are a rough way to compare commitments with the rest and other needs you want to make room for.

Estimate a daily battery and add its ticks to a weekly total, then plan coins for commitments and recovery. The comparison is an estimate, not a health score; rest uses planned coins and does not increase the available total.

Optional and private. Coins are a rough planning aid, not a measure of health; energy can change. This page is not medical advice. If tiredness is new, severe, unexplained or worrying, please see a health professional.
