Bring These Tools to Your People

Everything on this site is free to link, print, and share with the people you support - no accounts to provision, no licenses to buy, no data collected from them.

The permissions, in one paragraph

Link to any page from your website, portal, intranet, or newsletter. Print any cheat sheet or worksheet in whatever quantity your organization needs, and hand them out freely. Keep the small source footer on printed sheets, don't resell the materials, and when posting online, link to the source page rather than re-hosting the PDF so people always get the current version. That's all of it - no forms, no permission emails required.

A different kind of organization?

Nonprofits, crisis lines, community mental health programs, medical and dental practices, libraries, faith communities, sports clubs: the same permissions above apply to you, exactly as written. If you support people who deal with anxiety, you are welcome to use everything here with them.

And if you have something bigger in mind - bulk Pro access for your members, co-branded printables, a resource we should build - email us. We're a small team and a human reads every message.

What you'd be sharing

Behind these pages sits one library: 45 printable one-page cheat sheets, a set of fillable CBT and DBT worksheets, validated self-test questionnaires (GAD-7, PHQ-9, PSS-10, WHO-5 and more), and browser-based exercises for breathing, grounding, and muscle relaxation. Nothing requires an account, an app, or payment, which is what makes it practical to hand to a whole classroom, caseload, or company at once.

One important boundary: these are self-help supports for everyday anxiety and stress, not treatment, and nothing here replaces a therapist, counselor, or crisis service. If someone you support is in crisis, connect them with local emergency services or a crisis line first.
