When to Use

  • When the week ahead feels crowded and you want fewer priorities.
  • When you want a smaller fallback for a demanding task.
  • When you want to protect time for rest as well as commitments.

How to Use

  1. 1
Choose up to three anchors and write a smaller fallback for each.
  2. 2
Mark the chosen days for each anchor on the weekly grid.
  3. 3
Shade planned rest on the daily strips and select rest that matters to you.
  4. 4
Note what you could drop and, if a day is lost, choose only one anchor you might move.

A weekly plan can make room for priorities and rest together. This page offers up to three anchors, with a smaller version of each, without treating three as a target.

Place chosen anchors on days that work for you and shade rest on the daily strips. If plans change, the page also asks what you could let go of or move and what rest matters to you.

Optional and private. Three is a maximum, not a target: one or two anchors is a good week too. This page is not professional advice. If the load feels unmanageable, speak to someone you trust or a health professional.
