When to Use

  • When you want to notice where your week already reflects a value.
  • When you want to make room for one small meaningful action.
  • When a flexible alternative would help if plans change.

How to Use

  1. 1
Choose up to three values and a tag for each; note what they look like in practice.
  2. 2
Write existing plans into the weekly grid and mark slots that already serve a value.
  3. 3
Choose one value, circle a slot and note the action, what comes before it, obstacles and what might help.
  4. 4
Write a smaller alternative and choose what to review at week end; moving the action is allowed.

A value can guide attention without becoming another test of productivity. This optional planner makes room for existing activities that support what matters and one small action if you choose.

Choose up to three values and tags, map the week as it is and mark slots that already serve them. Pick one value and a time for an action, with an optional smaller version and a review of what helped or got in the way.

Optional and private. A value is a direction, not a test you can fail. One small action is enough, and moving it to another slot counts too. Not professional advice: for work, health or money decisions, talk with someone qualified.
