  • When you want to remember to rest after the exam.

How to Use

  1. 1
Write the exam, date and main worry, then mark days left and days for extra rest.
  2. 2
Shade study, rest, meals and sleep on the daily strip and write short study blocks with stopping points.
  3. 3
Choose rest and note a stopping time and practical preparation for the night before.
  4. 4
Plan food, travel and a response if panic rises on exam day, then note how you might rest afterward.

Exam preparation can include rest, meals and sleep as well as study. This optional page helps you plan short blocks and a manageable day without promising a particular result.

Mark the countdown, choose study topics with stopping points, and make room for rest. There are separate spaces for the night before, exam day and the time afterward; use only what helps.
