When to Use

  • When you want to check in with your everyday needs.
  • When you are considering a small change in your routine.
  • When you want to notice both existing support and one area that may need attention.

How to Use

  1. 1
Read each slice. Think about the past week.
  2. 2
Shade from the centre outward: the further out, the better supported it feels.
  3. 3
Consider which slices feel most and least supported, and what helps.
  4. 4
If you wish, name one slice, a very small step and when you might try it; skipping the box is fine.

Everyday support can vary across sleep, food and water, movement, people, rest and other parts of life. This wheel is a personal reflection rather than a test or a score of health.

Shade each slice outward according to how supported it felt this week. Look at what helps and what feels less supported, then choose a small adjustment only if you want to; some circumstances are outside your control.

Optional and private. This is a reflection, not a test or a health score. Some slices may be hard to change for reasons outside your control, and that is okay.
