When to Use

  • When money worries feel tangled and you want to see them separately.
  • When you want to identify a time-sensitive concern and ask for support.
  • When you want to choose one manageable next action.

How to Use

  1. 1
Optionally note money in, bills due, the next due date and how tight things feel; leave anything blank.
  2. 2
Write worries without trying to solve them immediately.
  3. 3
Sort them by urgency or whether they are yours, taking consequences and deadlines into account.
  4. 4
Choose a small next step, when and where to take it, what may get in the way and who might help.

Several money worries can feel urgent at once. This optional sorting page helps put them on paper without requiring exact numbers or deciding every payment today.

Note an optional monthly snapshot, list worries and sort them into do now, soon, can wait or not yours. Consider due dates and consequences, then choose one small next step and possible support; this is not a payment-priority rule.

Optional and private. This is a sorting aid, not financial, legal or debt advice. For debt, benefits or legal questions, consider a qualified adviser or a free advice service where you live. If distress is hard to manage, a crisis service or health professional can help. In immediate danger or if you cannot stay safe, contact local emergency services.
