The Core Beliefs Reset is a CBT worksheet for examining deep self-beliefs that shape interpretation and behavior. Core beliefs often feel like facts because they have been repeated for a long time.

This worksheet slows the process down. You name the old belief, notice its cost, examine evidence for and against it, and write a more balanced belief that is realistic enough to practice.

Use it when the same painful conclusion appears across different situations. A balanced belief becomes stronger through repeated evidence and small actions, not through one perfect sentence.
